
Scout and Guide Teaches Life Skills

Scout and Guide activities teach valuable life skills, including discipline, self-reliance, and problem-solving. This was emphasized during the first convention of the Rajasthan State Bharat Scout and Guide's Nagaur District Council held at Jain Dadabadi in Kuchera.
The convention began with a welcome address by Chief District Education Officer Munshikhan, followed by insights into the Scout and Guide movement and its historical significance. CO Ashfaq Panwar presented the district's activities and highlighted the ethical values and morale that Scout and Guide instills in students.
Commissioner Shakarlal Sharma spoke about the growing moral values and motivation among students through Scout and Guide. He encouraged thinking about how Scout and Guide can help solve societal problems.
Assistant Trainer Dharmaram Kadwasara introduced Scout Guide and its objectives in the first session. In the second session, Assistant Trainer Santosh Chaudhary provided information about Scout salute, prayer, and pledge. Assistant Trainer Bastiram Khoja explained the Scout organization.
Mundwa Secretary Gajendra Gopala and Vikash Sisodia thanked the guests for their participation. The convention also included an oath-taking ceremony for 100% voting in the upcoming elections as part of the Election Commission of India's SVEEP campaign.
