
Sports Develop Personality, Says Nagaur Municipal Commissioner

At the closing ceremony of the 37th Inter-College Hockey Tournament (Women's Division) at Kuchera, Nagaur Municipal Commissioner Ramratan Chaudhary emphasized that sports contribute to personality development while keeping both body and mind healthy. He added that competitions also foster team spirit among players.
During the ceremony, Rajasthan State Hockey Association Vice President Devendra Singh Shekhawat praised the development of hockey in the region and encouraged educational institutions, players, and local residents to promote the sport. He thanked the educational institutions for encouraging women's hockey.
College administrator Vikash Sisodia reported that the final match was played between KDS College, Kuchera and Bhilwara. The Bhilwara team emerged as the winner, with the Kuchera team securing the runner-up position. Both teams were awarded trophies and mementos.
The match referees included Harlal Dukiya, Premaram Dukiya, Prakash Dukiya, and Kailash Chaudhary. Present at the ceremony were Ramswaroop Bhati, Ghanshyam Choyal, Hansraj Giri, hockey coach Rakesh Bhati, and Mohanlal, along with many distinguished guests and students.
